Nivin
Pauly
As
Pandian
(Vijay
Sethupathi)
Well,
Vijay
Sethupathi
was
at
his
supreme
best
with
the
portrayal
of
Pandi,
who
dreams
to
become
a
rowdy,
one
day.
The
role
has
some
comical
shades,
as
well
and
was
devoid
of
any
super
hero
elements.
Coming
to
Mollywood,
we
feel
that
this
particular
character
will
be
safe
in
the
hands
of
Nivin
Pauly.
He
can
definitely
add
that
required
simplicity
to
this
character.
Nayanthara
As
Kadhamabari
(Nayanthara)
In
fact,
we
simply
can't
imagine
anybody
else
in
this
particular
role.
Nayanthara
was
fabulous
in
the
role
of
Kadhambari,
a
girl
who
seeks
revenge.
One
would
get
to
feel
for
the
character,
such
was
the
way
in
which
she
portrayed
this
role.
Even
if
a
Malayalam
remake
happens,
she
should
remain
the
perfect
choice
for
this
role.
Anoop
Menon
As
Ghillivalavan
(Parthiban)
Ghillivalavan
is
the
main
antagonist
of
this
story.
This
well-written
villain
character
has
some
comic
shades
as
well,
and
in
fact,
Ghilli
is
a
towering
presence
in
the
movie.
It
was
Parthiban,
who
played
the
role
in
the
original.
Now,
if
ever
a
remake
happens,
we
feel
that
Anoop
Menon
shall
be
a
good
choice
for
the
role.
He,
with
his
stylish
presentation,
can
take
the
character
to
another
level.
Aju
Varghese
As
Doshi
Baba
(RJ
Balaji)
If
it
was
RJ
Balaji
who
played
Doshi,
the
best
buddy
of
Pandi
in
Naanum
Rowdy
Dhaan,
we
feel
that
Aju
Varghese
shall
be
the
perfect
option
for
that
particualr
role,
if
ever
this
film
is
remade
in
Malayalam.
The
Nivin
Pauly-Aju
Varghese
chemistry
is
sure
to
rock
the
screen,
as
usual.
Nadiya
Moidu
As
Meena
Kumari
(Raadhika
Sarathkumar)
Inspector
Meena
Kumari,
is
the
mother
of
Paandi,
who
wants
her
son
to
become
a
police
officer.
This
pivotal
role
in
the
movie
was
portrayed
by
Radhika
Sarathkumar
and
if
ever
a
Mollywood
remake
happens,
Nadiya
Moidu
can
be
a
good
choice
for
this
role,
which
has
good
scope
for
performance.
