Anoop Menon As Commissioner Javed Khan
It was Lalu Alex who portrayed the role of this clever police officer in the original. Anoop Menon will be the apt selection for such a role in case of a possible remake. Anoop Menon and Prithviraj in a cat and mouse game would definitely be a treat to watch.
Vijay Babu As Dr. Menon
This particular character is the surprise package of the film. Dr. Menon, the real antagonist of the story, was safe in the hands of actor Devan. At present, we feel that Vijay Babu can be the best choice for this role and his casting would definitely do a lot good to maintain that surprise element in the movie.
Aju Varghese As Dr V.D Iyer
Dr. Iyer is one of the colleagues of Dr. Roy. This particular character does give some comic relief in the due course of narration of the story. If a remake happend, Aju Varghese is undoubtedly the first choice for this particular role.
Be it the frames set by Santhosh Sivan or the clinical performance of Mohanlal, Nirnayam showcased some real treasurable moments on the screen. In fact, the film didn't get the success that it deserved at the box office.
