Villain Teaser Scripts A New Record!

The recently released first official teaser of Villain, the upcoming Mohanlal movie, has taken the social media by storm. Now, Villain teaser has scripted a new record, by crossing the 3-Million mark within the shortest time.

Interestingly, the highly promising teaser completed 3 Million views, within just the first 22 hours of its release. This record was previously held by the first teaser of The Great Father, the recently released Mammootty movie.

Recently, Villain teaser had broken another record set by The Great Father teaser, by completing 1 Million views within the first 3.07 hours of its release. The teaser is expected to cross the 1-Crore views mark, within a very short time span.

The movie, which features Mohanlal in the role of Mathew Manjooran, an ex-cop, is scripted by director B Unnikrishnan, himself. Villain depicts how Mathew Manjooran makes a come back to the police force, for a special investigation.

Manju Warrier essays the female lead opposite Mohanlal in the movie. Reportedly, Manju is appearing as the wife of Mathew Manjooran in the movie, which will have her in a brief yet very important role.

Peter Hein had been roped in to compose a few important stunt sequences of the movie, which stars Tamil actor Vishal in a pivotal role. Villain is produced by Rockline Venkatesh for the banner Rockline Productions.
