CONFIRMED: Vishal To Join Mohanlal-B Unnikrishnan Project!

Vishal, the popular Tamil actor is all set to make his Malayalam movie debut, with the upcoming Mohanlal project, directed by B Unnikrishnan. Mohanlal announced the news on his official Facebook page, recently.

Director Unnikrishnan, on the other hand, posted a picture with Vishal on his Facebook page, and confirmed that he will be playing a pivotal role in the movie. The untitled project is expected to go on floors soon.

The movie is produced by Rockline Venkatesh, the producer of several popular films including Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Linga, for Rockline Productions. The female lead and rest of the star cast are yet to be finalised.

Vishal who has already established himself as one of the leading actors of Kollywood, is reportedly quite excited about his Malayalam debut. If the reports are to be true, the actor is playing a negative role in the movie.

The movie marks the fourth association of Mohanlal-B Unnikrishnan duo, who has earlier joined hands for the movies Madampi, Grandmaster, and Mr Fraud. The project is reportedly scripted by Unnikrishnan, himself.

Madampi and Grandmaster, the first two associations of Mohanlal-B Unnikrishnan duo, were critically and commercially successful ventures. But their third association Mr Fraud ended up as a flop.
