James And Alice(2016) – Sujith Vaassudev
James And Alice, which released in the year 2016 marked the directorial debut of renowned cinematographer Sujith Vaassudev. Prithviraj opted to do this film, which was more than just a love story. In fact, the actor and the cinematographer have worked in the past, as well, in movies like Memories, Seventh Day, Amar Akbar Anthony, Anarkali etc. Despite being a good attempt, the film couldn't make it good at the box office.

Anarkali(2015) - Sachy
Prithviraj gave nod to this love story, which marked the debut of popular scenarist Sachy. The actor was spot on with his selection as the film managed to impress majority of the audiences.

Nadirshah is a well-known face in Malayalam film industry. When he decided to turn a director he decided to rope in Prithviraj, Jayasurya and Indrajith in the lead roles. The film, which was a roller coaster ride did explore the humorous side of Prithviraj.

Ennu Ninte Moideen(2015) – R S Vimal
Well, nothing much has to be said about this movie, which went on to become a record-breaking movie. This film, based on a real life story marked the arrival of film-maker R S Vimal. Prithviraj's association with this debut film-maker did fetch him a class movie.

Seventh Day(2014) - Syam Dhar
Prithviraj's 2014 release Seventh Day was directed by a youngster Shyam Dhar. The film, which was an investigative thriller had all the elements to attract the audiences. Prithviraj even went on to spot a different look for this movie.

Tamaar Padaar(2013) – Dileesh Nair
Tamaar Padaar directed by debutant Dileesh Nair is definitely one of the best movies of Prithviraj of this decade. The film came in at a time when Prithviraj was riding high with back-to-back successes. But, the film couldn't manage to make a mark at the box office. Nevertheless, Prithviraj wasn't wrong with his selection as the movie gained fan following later on.
