When Fahadh Faasil Expressed His Love For Andrea Jeremiah And Got Royally Rejected
There's no denying the fact that the suave and charming Fahadh Faasil is one of the biggest and most popular young stars in Mollywood today. The actor enjoys a strong fan following thanks to his good looks, gripping screen presence , bindass nature and remarkable versatility as an actor. Over the years, the star has acted in quite a few popular and critically acclaimed films and this has established him as a force to be reckoned with. A few years ago, Fahadh found himself in a rather embarrassing situation because of his Annayum Rasoolum co-star Andrea Jeremiah.
Fahadh Admits Being In Love With Andrea
In 2013, Fahadh confessed that he was in love with Andrea and added that he fell for the lady while watching a few edited scenes from Annayum Rasoolum. He had also added that being an intelligent person, she was his 'dream-girl'.
His Exact Words
"I didn't talk much to Andrea during the shoot . However when i came to chennai to watch the edited scenes of movie , that's when I realized my love towards Andrea," he had told a leading magazine.
Andrea Turns Down The Proposal?
As expected, his remarks created quite a great deal of buzz amongst the fans and that too for all the right reasons. Soon, Andrea was asked a question about her 'relationship' with Fahadh. While many in the industry expected her to acknowledge the relationship, the reality turned out to be quite different. The Loham actress flat out denied being in a relationship with Fahadh. She also made it clear that she had no plans of getting married.
She Added
"I would like to clarify that I am not dating Fahadh or anyone else and I intend to just be on my own for a while and concentrate solely on my work from now," she had told a popular magazine.
Did Andrea Reject Fahadh?
Needless to say, her comments ruffled a few feathers and left Fahadh's fans in a state of shock. In fact, a few sections of the media even went to the extent of saying that the singer-actress had 'rejected' Fahadh's proposal.
They've Moved On
Over the years, both these stars have moved on and put the whole episode behind them. Fahadh currently has Trance and the Tamil film Super Deluxe in his kitty. On the other hand, Andrea is currently awaiting the release of Vada Chennai. In the Vetrimaaran-directed film, she'll be seen alongside Dhanush and Aishwarya Rajesh.
