penned

share
his
pain
as
Siddique
left
for
his
heavenly
abode.
He
called
the
late
filmmaker

'gifted
writer

director'.
Remembering
his
contribution
to
Indian
cinema,
he
said
that
Siddique's
death
was
a
major
loss
to
the
industry.
The

Ramam
actor
offered
his
condolences
to
the
late
director's
family
and
hoped
that
they
get
the
strength
to
deal
with
the
loss.

The
prominent
director
died
in
Kochi.
The
filmmaker
was
admitted
to
a
hospital
in
the
city
last
month
after
he
suffered
from
a
liver
ailment.
Siddique
was
placed
on
ECMO
support
after
he
suffered
a
heart
attack
on
August
7.
The
mortal
remains
will
be
kept
at
a
stadium
in
Kochi
for
his
fans
to
pay
their
last
respect.
The
funeral
will
be
conducted
on
Wednesday
(August
9)
in
the
evening.

the
professional

Siddique
last
directed
Big
Brother,
which

2020.
