Avan Chaandiyude Makan - Preview

Prithviraj is the most happening actor in Kollywood and Malluwood. The young actor has indeed bloomed with consecutive hits in both Tamil and Malayalam. He has also been appreciated for his acting talents.

But all the name and fame hasn't gone to his head and he remains true and faithful to his Malluwood unlike the heroines. In Avan Chandiyude Makan he is the son of Chandy. The movie is all about a cruel father and his children who turn their backs on him once they settle in life. The father Chandy's role is neatly played by Vijayaraghavan. Prithviraj is his son Kuriachan. Chandy has one son and four daughters. All of them are well settled and situated in different states. Being the only son, Kuriachan has to take care of his father. The father denies to part with the wealth. After the death of his wife, Chandy faces a lone battle with his children for the wealth that their mother has left behind for them.

Meanwhile Kuriachan has yet another difficult task to perform. He marries a Hindu girl (Sree Devika) and starts living with her which creates further problems between the father and son.

This movie is full of tears, drama, sentiments and twists and turns. Prithviraj and Vijayaraghavan have performed their roles with great care and pain. Sree Devika too has performed her part well. The movie will be released for Vishu 2007.
