The

the

Vadakkan
Veeragatha
is
working
on
this
new
venture
to
create
another
mega
hit
movie.
The
movie
tells
the
story
of
Pazhassi
Raja,
the
'Lion
of
Kerala',
king
of
the
Kottayam
Royal
family
of
Malabar,
Kerala.
The
movie
will
showcase
his
heroic
fights
against
the
British
in
the
jungles
of
Wayanad
during
the
1790s.
Pazhassi
Raja
was
one
of
the
first
freedom
fighters
of
India.
The
biopic
magnum
opus
historical
film
will
be
produced
by
Gokulam
Gopalan.
The
movie
also
casts
Tamil
actor
Sarath
Kumar,
who
plays
the
role
of
Pazhassi
Raja's
trusted
commander-in-chief
named
Dalapathy.
Kanika
is
the
female
lead.
The
others
in
the
star
cast
include
Kalabhavan
Mani,
Padmapriya,
Jagathy
Sreekumar,
Thilakan,
Murali
Manohar,
Linda
Arsenio

Manoj

Jayan.
Lakshmi
Rai
