Zacharia (Lal) is very much attached to his profession. He treats each of his patients with utmost respect and considers motherhood as a divine gift from God. His wife (played by Asha Sarath) is very much supportive for his job and helps him with his patients. Zacharia happens to treat four pregnant ladies at a time.
Fathima (Rima Kallingal), a nurse by profession, is a native from Kasargod. She pretends to be pregnant in order to escape from the night duty. She has a brother (played by Aju Varghese), who is very much attached to her. Saira (Sanusha) is a teenager who gets pregnant unwillingly, but refuse to reveal the man who made her pregnant. Anuradha (Sandra Thomas) is a lady who is still confused to give birth to the baby. And the last patient Jasmine was earlier a nun, who gives up her aesthetic life to have a baby through artificial insemination.
How these four pregnancies gets interwined with the life of Dr Zacharia and his wife, forms the rest of the story.

As always, the actor has done a fair job with respect to his performance. His role as Dr Zacharia emphasises the need of such good doctors in the society.
Rima has done a great job in this film. She speaks a Kasargod slang in this film. Though I am not familiar with the language, it sounds interesting.
Sanusha is okay. She could have given a more polished performance.
The yesteryear actress gives a brilliant comeback with this movie and has given a wonderful performance.
Asha Sarath has done a good performance in this movie. She played the wife to Dr Zacharia in the film.
Sandra is also the producer of the film. Sandra has given the best performance in this film. The director has used her brilliantly.
The movie has two good songs. The cinematography is excellent. The movie shows respect towards motherhood and the pregnant ladies. The direction is done very brilliantly with some crisp editing. All cast have done a fair good job.
The movie has a predictable climax. At some places, the script of the movie seems to be engaging and later it seems to be lagging. Some dialogues seems to be flowery.
Zachariyayude Garbhinikal is a watchable movie. Though the movie had a much hype prior to its release, the movie fails to keep the expectation of the audience. Do not expect too much. It's an average watchable movie.
