Adnan Sami injured during video shoot

Adnan Sami's music video also featuring Jermaine Jackson seems to be jinxed. Adnan was badly hurt during the shoot in the Gateway of India. The incident occurred when a speed boat he was shooting on toppled over and turned turtle due to over speeding. Adnan knocked against a hard surface in the boat and badly injured his left hand and thumb. Jermaine escaped unhurt as he was not in the boat at the time of the incident.

The music video which pays tribute to the various sights sounds and scales of Mumbai city has hit several roadblocks in the past. Adnan and Jermaine were denied permission to shoot in the sensitive areas due to their foreign origin. This was followed by an entire day of their shoot being washed out by untimely rain which left the team with just one day to shoot near the Gateway of India. Adnan shot through the pain, with painkiller-shots as they had permission to shoot for only that day.
