Sodom unveils album name

German thrash metal band Sodom is working with producer Waldemar Sorychta, who has worked with extreme metal legends like Tiamat, Moonspell, Lacuna Coil and Sentenced. Sodom is presently working on their brand new studio album.

The album is entitled 'In War and Pieces". The album would be released all over the world on November 22 this year and it would be released by SPV/Steamhammer.

Recently, Sodom frontman Tom Angelripper spoke about the band"s DVD called 'Lords of Depravity Part II". He also talked about the new offering from the band. He added that the last Sodom album was great but he wasn"t satisfied with the way it was produced.

Tom also said that he strongly dislikes digitized album production, since his band has a particular sound. He definitely wouldn"t mind a contemporary production as long as it has its roots in the old school style.
