The
famous
Punjabi
singer
Kuly
Ral
of
the
world
renowned
band
RDB
died
at
the
age
of
35
after
losing
the
battle
with
cancer.
Kuly
was
diagnosed
with
a
brain
tumour
in
April
2011
and
underwent
radiotherapy
and
chemotherapy.
At
the
time
of
his
death,
he
was
receiving
treatment
at
a
specialised
clinic
in
Houston.
Kuly
along
with
his
brothers
Manj
and
Surj
gave
many
blockbuster
hits
like
‘Shera
Di
Kaum
Punjabi’
from
Speedy
Singhs,
‘Yamla
Pagla
Deewana’,
‘Aloo
Chaat'
and
the
latest
and
most
popular
song,
‘Sadi
Gali’
from
the
film
Tanu
weds
Manu.
Kuly
Ral
also
worked
with
international
artist
Snoop
Dogg,
and
Bollywood
star,
Akshay
Kumar.
After
hearing
about
the
sad
demise
of
the
singer,
Akshay
Kumar
tweeted,
"Just
heard
about
Kuly
from
RDB's
sudden
demise.
Still
reeling
from
the
shock
of
the
news.
Such
a
talented
guy,
was
behind
some
awesome
chartbusters
for
many
of
my
films.
My
heartfelt
condolences
to
the
RDB
family.
