Washington
(ANI):
Britney
Spears
is
apparently
taking
all
the
possible
steps
to
protect
herself
and
her
young
sons
from
a
bunch
of
crazed
fans.
That"s
the
reason
why
the
pop
tart
has
strengthened
security
and
signed
up
for
Krav
Maga,
the
hardcore
Israeli
combat
techniques
that
Matt
Damon
uses
in
The
Bourne
Ultimatum.
According
to
sources,
after
reading
a
few
crazy
fan
mails,
the
'Toxic" singer
is
terrified
that
someone
is
determined
to
harm
her
and
her
sons
Sean
Preston
and
Jayden
James.
"She
has
beefed
up
security,
informed
them
of
such
mail.
She
is
doing
her
best
to
make
a
comeback
but
she
is
terrified
about
the
negative
attention
she
is
getting.
And
now
she's
fighting
fit
after
signing
up
for
Krav
Maga
training,"
Contactmusic
quoted
a
source,
as
saying.
"She
realises
she
does
not
have
the
stamina
she
used
to,
after
having
two
kids.
She
is
tired,
her
body
does
not
work
the
same.
She
is
putting
in
overtime
into
working
out
strength
training,
and
she's
serious
about
martial
art
Krav
Maga,"
the
source
added.
The
fighting
technique,
which
has
previously
been
studied
by
Jennifer
Lopez
and
Angelina
Jolie
for
film
roles
like
Enough
and
Tomb
Raider,
not
only
enhances
agility
and
toughness,
but
also
helps
lift
self-esteem
and
mental
awareness.
"It's
definitely
perfect
for
Britney
Spears
because
she
obviously
has
a
lot
of
aggression
in
her
and
she
needs
to
get
that
out.
Krav
Maga
will
enable
her
to
do
that
with
a
degree
of
control,"
John
Aldcroft,
who
teaches
the
martial
art
at
London's
British
Academy
of
Krav
Maga,
said.
"It
will
also
help
her
with
personal
safety
issues,
especially
when
it
comes
to
the
paparazzi,
who
seem
to
crowd
her
at
all
times,"
he
added.
(ANI)
It
seems
that
Britney
Spears"
troubled
image
is
not
letting
her
collaborate
with
even
the
lesser-known
musicians.
Recent
reports
claimed
that
the
pop
tart
was
snubbed
by
an
upcoming
Swedish
duo
because
the
latter
said
they
were
“too
busy"
promoting
their
new
album.
However,
a
source
close
to
the
Swedish
girls
has
revealed
that
the
real
reason
why
Lucky
Twice
duo,
Sofie
Larsson
and
Hannah
Reynold
turned
down
Britney"s
plea
to
pen
her
comeback
album,
was
the
fear
of
an
image
stain.
The
source
said
that
the
duo"s
management
feared
that
an
association
with
Britney
would
tarnish
their
clean-cut
image.
“Britney"s
had
an
amazing
career
but
we
don"t
feel
that
working
with
her
would
be
beneficial
to
the
Lucky
Twice
image,"
the
Daily
Express
quoted
the
source,
as
saying.
Despite
their
ambition
for
fame,
the
Swedish
duo
is
keen
to
distance
themselves
from
the
troubled
singer.
“We
don"t
want
to
be
associated
with
her
bad
behaviour
because
Lucky
Twice
have
many
young
fans,"
the
source
said.
“The
girls
have
sold
millions
of
records
and
although
helping
Britney
is
a
nice
thing
to
do,
it"s
not
worth
risking
jeopardising
their
image
for
her
sake.
I"m
sorry,"
the
source
added.
Recent
reports
have
claimed
that
Britney
Spears
pulled
out
at
the
last
moment
from
recording
a
duet
with
former
lover
Justin
Timberlake,
however,
a
source
has
revealed
that
no
such
plans
ever
existed.
The
source
has
dismissed
the
reports,
insisting
that
the
'Toxic"
singer
had
no
plans
of
working
with
Justin
in
the
first
place.
"There
have
been
absolutely
no
plans
for
Britney
and
Justin
to
record
a
duet
together,"
Us
Magazine.com
quoted
the
source,
as
saying.
"There
have
been
lots
of
discussions
about
who
Britney
is
working
with
and
Justin
has
not
been
one
of
them.
Nothing
with
Justin
was
ever
even
discussed,"
the
source
added.
According
to
the
reports,
Spears
was
scheduled
to
team
up
with
her
old
flame
to
belt
out
a
comeback
track,
produced
by
Timbaland,
but
ditched
the
idea
at
the
eleventh-hour.
"Timbaland
set
aside
a
week
out
of
his
crazy
schedule
to
do
this
-
and
then,
just
before
she
was
supposed
to
fly
out,
Britney
abruptly
canceled
the
session
and
refused
to
do
the
song,"
a
source
told
New
York
gossip
column,
PageSix.
"It's
crazy.
She's
looking
for
a
comeback,
and
this
would
have
not
only
been
a
huge
hit,
but
something
she
could
have
opened
the
MTV
Video
Awards
with
and
really
blown
everyone
away,"
the
source
added.
Justin
Timberlake
is
set
to
star
alongside
comedian
Mike
Myers
in
upcoming
flick
'The
Love
Guru".
The
Paramount
Pictures
film
revolves
around
an
American
'Pitka",
who
has
been
raised
in
an
Indian
ashram
and
makes
a
fortune
in
U.S.
with
his
self-help
biz
after
providing
his
unorthodox
marriage
counselling
to
a
hockey
star.
The
wife
of
the
hockey
star
hits
back
by
dating
her
hubby"s
rival
player.
Timberlake
will
star
as
the
wife"s
new
love
interest
while
Myers
will
play
the
Guru
who
is
an
expert
on
relationships,
Variety
magazine
reports.
The
film
cast
also
includes
Jessica
Alba,
Romany
Malco
and
Verne
Troyer.
Director
Marco
Schnabel
will
begin
shooting
next
month
in
Toronto
from
a
script
by
Myers
and
Graham
Gordy.
