Washington (ANI): Kelly Osbourne's recent stage debut has enthused her mum, rock matriarch Sharon to try her hand at acting as well. Sharon"s music mogul pal, Louis Walsh revealed that Kelly"s performance has inspired her mum to take up acting on the London stage. "I think that Sharon and her could do a great double act as Liza and Judy Garland. Sharon's very theatrical. I'm sure she would have loved to have done Kelly's role years ago," Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.

Walsh also gushed about Kelly"s turn on stage, saying that she was like a 'young Liza Minelli". "(Kelly) had a bit of a young Liza Minnelli about her," he said. Kelly Osbourne made her acting debut playing Mama Morton in a West End production of Chicago. Rock matriarch Sharon Osbourne travelled 5,400 miles all the way to Los Angeles so that she could keep an eye on her pet pooch. The X-Factor judge was recently in London, to watch her daughter Kelly's West End debut in a stage production of Chicago. It was there that she heard the news of her pet, Minnie's, ill health.

A source revealed to British paper The Sun that Minnie was her favourite pet, and she was really upset when she heard the news. "Minnie is Sharon's favourite out of all her dogs. She was by Sharon's side constantly as she battled cancer, " Contactmusic quoted the source, as telling the paper. “She had to go home to see her. She was sobbing, and her husband Ozzy was comforting her," he added. The news was confirmed by a, X-Factor spokesperson, reporting: "Minnie is gravely ill and Sharon has gone back to L.A."
