Spears, 26, is all set to star in a film biopic of her catastrophic life, especially after the good reviews she got for the sitcom 'How I Met Your Mother'. The film will be directed by Brit director Phil Griffin, whose recent music videos include Rehab and Back to Black for Amy Winehouse.
"It's the film everyone will be queuing to see. It will be dark and gritty charting Britney's devastating falls including her head-shaving ordeal and her traumatic custody battle for her two children," the Mirror quoted a source as saying. "Let's just say, it will not be for the faint-hearted. But it will also show the highs along her incredible life journey," the source said.
Some are worried whether Spears will be strong enough to go through the horrors of the past. "If anything it will be cathartic for Britney," the source stated. "She has been through so much and is finally back to her best. This will be her ultimate chance to prove to the world she has still got it," the source added.
