London
(ANI):
While
Britney
Spears
is
in
hospital
for
psychiatric
treatment;
her
manager
cum
confidante
Sam
Lutfi
has
been
accused
of
drugging
her,
according
to
newly
released
court
documents.
Britney"s
mother
Lynne
Spears
has
made
allegations
against
Lutfi
that
he
had
cut
the
troubled
pop
star"s
phone
lines
and
even
took
away
chargers
for
her
mobile
phone,
in
an
attempt
to
take
full
authority
over
her
life.
Lynne
has
made
the
allegation
in
a
signed
declaration
in
order
to
get
a
restraining
order
filed
in
a
Los
Angeles
court,
while
her
26-year-old
daughter
is
in
UCLA
hospital
for
psychiatric
treatment.
In
an
earlier
ruling,
Britney"s
father
had
been
given
full
control
over
her
life
including
her
20
million
pounds
estate.
Her
parents
have
already
banned
Lutfi
from
coming
within
250
yards
of
Spears" Beverly
Hills
mansion
and
also
from
sending
her
e-mails
or
calling
her.
According
to
the
declaration
filed
by
Britney"s
parents,
they
tried
to
stage
an
"intervention"
on
28
Jan
to
help
her
get
badly
needed
medical
help.
Even
Lutfi
was
part
of
this
meeting
and
Lynne
has
given
details
of
what
she
saw
and
heard
while
she
was
with
Britney.
"He
has
cut
Britney's
home
phone
line
and
removed
her
cell
phone
chargers.
He
yells
at
her.
He
claims
to
control
everything.
Sam
had
told
Britney
that
she
was
an
unfit
mother,
a
piece
of
trash
and
a
whore,
that
she
cares
more
about
ADNAN,
her
current
boyfriend,
than
she
cares
about
her
kids,
and
that
she
does
not
deserve
the
kids,"
The
Sun
quoted
the
document
filed
by
Britney's
mum,
as
stating.
The
document
stated
Lutfi,
as
saying:
“Adnan
is
gay
...
Britney
came
into
the
room
looking
for
Adnan
...
Britney
then
asked
me,
"Is
Adnan
gay?
The
document
also
revealed
that
Britney"s
much
trusted
pal
was
constantly
drugging
her.
The
document
goes
on
to
say
that:
"At
one
point
Britney
picked
up
a
bottle
of
pills
and
read
part
of
the
label
and
asked
us,
'What
does
insomnia
mean?' Sam
told
her
that
the
pills
will
help
her
stay
awake.
"Sam
told
Jackie
and
me
that
he
grinds
up
Britney's
pills,
which
were
on
the
counter
and
included
Risperdal
(an
anti-psychotic
drug
for
schizophrenia
and
bipolarity)
and
Seroquel.
He
told
us
that
the
doctor
who
is
treating
her
now
is
trying
to
get
her
into
a
sleep-induced
coma
so
that
they
could
then
give
her
drugs
to
heal
her
brain."
The
'Toxic'
star's
mother
has
also
claimed
in
the
documents
that
Lutfi
encouraged
Britney
'to
do
tequila
shots.'
She
even
said
that
before
they
left
for
the
chemists
on
the
night
of
the
intervention,
Sam
gave
her
drugs
upstairs
'to
make
her
more
light-hearted,
happy,
and
fun.'
Lynne
also
claimed
that
in
a
dispute
later
that
night,
he
allegedly
threatened
them
against
ousting
him
from
Britney"s
life.
"If
you
try
to
get
rid
of
me,
she'll
be
dead
and
I'll
pi***
on
her
grave."
"I'm
the
one
who
spends
24/7
with
your
daughter.
I
sleep
in
cars
outside
her
house
so
she
can't
leave.
You
people
throw
everyone
under
the
bus.
If
you
don"t
listen
to
me
I'm
going
to
make
your
name
s***
in
the
papers."
It
was
also
stated
in
the
document
that
Britney
changed
her
three
dogs
clothes
many
times" in
an
agitated
state."
She
even
said:
"Can
I
see
another
psychiatrist
so
I
can
see
my
babies?"
To
this
Lutfi
responded:
"If
I
told
you
to
take
10
pills
a
day,
you
should
do
what
I
tell
you
to
see
your
babies,"
wrote
Lynne
Spears
in
the
court
documents.
Meanwhile,
Lutfi
denies
all
such
claims
by
Spears
parents
and
said
that
he
was
the
one
who
kept
Britney
off
drugs
as
she
battled
for
custody
of
her
kids.
Lutfi
said
that
the
Spears
family's
attempt
to
keep
him
away
from
Britney
"won't
last" and
that
she
will
ultimately
distance
herself
from
them.
"They're
never
gonna
be
able
to
rule
her
forever,"
E!Online
quoted
him,
as
telling
Us
Weekly.
