judge
hearing
a
custody
battle
between
pop
singer
Britney
Spears
and
her
ex-husband
Kevin
Federline
granted
her
more
time
with
their
two
sons
on
May
6.
The
court
acknowledged
the
singer's
effort
to
get
her
personal
life
back
under
control
and
therefore
granted
her
more
time
with
her
sons
during
visitation.
"We
are
so
pleased
with
Britney's
progress
and
we
are
very
appreciative
of
the
court's
recognition
of
this
progress," The
New
York
Daily
News
quoted
Britney's
parents,
as
stating.
Mark
Vincent
Kaplan,
the
lawyer
representing
Federline
in
the
custody
battle,
said:
"The
longer
visits
are
"recognition
of
progress
that
has
been
made.
It's
a
cautious
step
but
a
step
nonetheless."
According
to
celebrity
web
site
TMZ.com,
Britney
will
get
three
days
supervised
visitation
a
week
and
will
get
to
spend
Mother's
Day
with
her
kids.
