The secret to the singer's weight lost, as revealed by her, is her 90-minute workout sessions five days a week and keeping off white bread. The one thing however that she just does not seem able to keep away from is sweets. She had developed a huge craving for them during her pregnancy.
"Oh, my God, candy!" the Sun quoted her as having exclaimed to Us Weekly. "I had a huge craving for candy toward the end of the pregnancy, from Starbursts to Skittles," she said. "I actually took a picture of myself with my big belly in a little lingerie top, surrounded by bowls of the candy I like," she added.
