following

her

The
23-year-old

factor'
winner
was
named
the
'Top
New
Artist
of
2008'
by
Billboard
magazine.
"I'm
just
going
day
by
day
and
just
enjoying
everything.
I
got
a
fantastic
opportunity
to
come
here
and
do
this
and
so
far
it's
been
going
really
well," Contactmusic
quoted
her
as
saying.
American
Idol
star
Jordin
Sparks,
took
second
spot
on
the
list,
followed
by
hip-hop's
Flo
Rida,
singer
Katy
Perry
and
rockers
OneRepublic.
Lewis' new
single
'Bleeding
Love'
has
also
topped
iTunes
sales
for
2008.
While
the
Coldplay's
'Viva
la
Vida'
became
the
'best-selling
album'
of
2008,
the
Brit
pop-R&B
singer's
latest
release
went
on
to
grab
the
top-selling
single
title.
Lewis'

records
also
confirmed
that
the
artist's
recent
single
had
sold
3.2
million
digitally.
