Madonna to kick off world tour

London (ANI): It has finally been confirmed that the Queen of Pop, Madonna will be setting out on a world tour this year. The tour, which is slated to kick off in September, one month after she turns 50, will be concluding at the Wembley Stadium. Madge is till in the final negotiations with event organisers to sort out dates for the multi-million-pound gigs, reports The Mirror.

The show has promised that the choreography, which has been launched on the back of her stomping single 4 Minutes, will be more spectacular, demanding and physical than ever before. Madge has been reported by Billboard to hold the record for the highest grossing concert tour by a female artist, namely her 2006 Confessions Tour
