Paul McCartney sparks engagement rumours

London (ANI): Now that his relationship with Heather Mills has ended in every possible way, it looks like Sir Paul McCartney is considering walking down the aisle once again. The former Beatle has been spotted shopping at a top London jeweller, New Bond Street store S.J. Phillips, sparking rumours that he may pop the question to new love Nancy Shevell.

"Macca has been squiring the American heiress Nancy Shevell, actress Rosanna Arquette and former Olympic horsewoman Tanya Larrigan in recent months but he seems particularly fond of Nancy, whom he took on holiday to Antigua," The Daily Express quoted a source, as saying. "He's known for splashing out on frillies for his lady friends perhaps he's simply decided to upgrade.

"And if he is ready to take the plunge again, then well-off Nancy is a far safer bet you wouldn't catch her gibbering away on the steps of the High Court dressed like the court jester," he added. SJ Phillips confirmed that Macca was shopping at the store but refused to reveal what the singer purchased during his visit.
