"Noel lives in the area and must have been taking a walk in the weekend sunshine when the car buzzed by. It was flying down the road with no-one inside and heading straight for some houses," the Daily Star quoted a pedestrian inc, as saying. "He jumped out in front of the car and pushed at it with all his might," the pedestrian said.
The car's owner was visiting a friend in a nearby house and forgot to apply his handbrake, and when the driver came outside, the car was not to be found until 40-year-old Gallagher pointed it out to him. "The owner looked very embarrassed, but Noel took it all in good humour," a source added
