R Kelly Denies Featuring In Sex Tape With Underage Girl

London (ANI): American R&B singer R Kelly, who has been accused of having sex with an underage girl, has claimed in a court that the man in the sex tape was not him. The 41-year-old singer stated that he has a mole on his back which can prove his innocence, as the man filmed with the girl, who was as young as 13 years old, did not have one.

His lawyer Sam Adam made claims that the woman in the tape, which was made between 1998 and 2000, is a prostitute and not the alleged victim. Prosecutors on the other hand have claimed that the 26-minute video, which was shown in the Chicago court, was the vilest and most disturbing thing ever.

"Vile, disturbing and disgusting sex acts, actions that were choreographed, produced and starred in by Kelly," The Sun quoted the prosecutors, as saying. The real victim, who is in her 20s now, has decided not to testify and is further claiming that it is not her in the video. Kelly, who was charged six years ago, denies 14 child porn charges but faces up to 15 years behind bars if convicted in the on going trial.
