Washington
(ANI):
He
might
be
one
of
the
members
of
the
Fab
Four,
but
Ringo
Starr
wants
to
be
recognised
for
the
work
he
did
without
the
Beatles.
The
Photograph
singer
said
that
he
is
fed
up
of
the
praise
he
receives
for
being
part
of
the
legendary
British
group.
The
67-year-old
said
that
he
hates
that
he
is
continuously
referred
to
as
a
member
of
the
Beatles,
and
wishes
people
would
put
less
stress
on
his
time
in
the
famous
band
and
concentrate
on
his
whole
career
as
a
drummer,
singer
and
songwriter.
"Some
days
I'm
just
fed
up
with
The
Beatles," Contactmusic
quoted
him,
as
saying.
"I
think
that
when
when
I
die,
the
message
on
my
tombstone
will
be
'Ex-Beatle'.
Like
I've
done
nothing
else,"
he
added.
