The 'Rehab' hitmaker was said to have been 'devastated' after five guitars bearing 'sentimental value' were stolen along with her flat screen TV and digital recording equipment from her Camden home. Police were called in around 4 am, but the burglars had fled the scene by the time they arrived, according to reports. Few items were apparently recovered after being abandoned, and the pop star is expected to soon jet back home.
"Amy is devastated. Some of the guitars are irreplaceable due to their sentimental value," the Sun quoted a source as saying. "The flat is in a real state. It had been cleaned up in preparation for her return. Now she will have to start from scratch to replace what has been stolen," the source added.
A spokesman said: "No arrests have been made."
