(ANI):
Susan
Boyle
has
taken
Aussie
music
industry
by
storm
after
her
album
'I
Dreamed
a
Dream" went
on
to
enjoy
the
highest
seven-day
sales
ever
seen
in
the
country.
The
'Britain"s
Got
Talent"
star
sold
almost
165,000
albums
last
week,
breaking
the
record
of
Guy
Sebastian''s
163,000
sales
at
Christmas
2004.
The
Scottish
singer,
who
burst
to
global
fame
earlier
this
year,
has
set
another
Australian
chart
milestone
-
she
is
the
only
act
to
sell
over
100,000
albums
in
two
consecutive
weeks.
'I
Dreamed
a
Dream" has
sold
close
to
450,000
copies
since
hitting
stores
five
weeks
ago
and
is

times
platinum.
Last
week,
Boyle
outsold
the
rest
of
the
top
five
albums
in
Australia
combined,
reports
the
Herald
Sun.
Her
album
will
be
the
biggest
seller
of
2009,
as
its
pre-Christmas
sales
pushing
it
ahead
of
Pink's
'Funhouse".
Australia's
second
choice
at
Christmas
was
Michael
Buble
with
almost
73,000
sales
of
his
album,
'Crazy
Love".
