Cowell to have 17 ex-girlfriends at 50th birthday bash

London (ANI): Music mogul Simon Cowell is being thrown a surprise party to celebrate his 50th birthday, and it will be attended by 17 of his ex-girlfriends. Cowell, who will turn 50 in October, will be confronted by women from his past at the lavish bash this weekend, hosted by his ex and close pal, model Jackie St Claire.

The X Factor judge has been told to 'expect the unexpected' at the white-themed party in West London, which will have Britain's Got Talent finalists Stavros Flatley performing. Guests will include exes Terri Seymour and Sinitta, plus pals Dannii Minogue, Cheryl Cole, Louis Walsh, Piers Morgan, and American Idol judges Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson.

There are also rumours that one-time fling Jasmine Lennard will also appear, and that another surprise guest could be Cowell's childhood sweetheart and first kiss, Tara McDonald-Smith. St Claire decided to hold the party three months early because Cowell's filming schedule is set to become a lot more hectic with the launch of the X Factor.

"It is certainly going to be an extra special night for Simon," the Mirror quoted a source as saying. "He has no idea it's a party for him. Jackie told him it was her birthday and to make sure he was on time for once. He has even bought her an outrageous present - he really has no idea what is being planned."

"White is his favourite colour, so all the guests have been instructed to wear it, while novelty act Stavros Flatley, who had Simon in stitches on BGT, are booked to perform on the night. The champagne will be flowing and judging by the guest list, Simon will need it."

“For most men this would be an utter nightmare, but luckily Simon has the gift of the gab. If anyone can pull it off, he can. And, if truth be told, he's actually on exceptionally good terms with nearly all of them so there shouldn't be any waterworks or embarrassing tantrums - either from the girls, or Simon," the source added.
