Michael
Jackson's
mother
Katherine
has
pulled
out
her

in
a
case
with
the
executors
of
the

singer's
estate.
The
79-year-old
turned

The
matriarch,
who
was
left
40

has
now
decided
to
put
an
end
to
the
legal
spat,

Her
new
probate
attorney

Katherine
now
believes
their
appointment
can
"enhance
the
legacy
of
Michael
Jackson
in
the
best
interest
of
his
children."
Katherine
has
been
the
legal
guardian
of
the
King
of
Pop's
children,
Prince
Michael,
12,
Paris,

and
seven-year-old
Prince
Michael
II,
