Macca eyes US move to be with Nancy Shevell

London (ANI): Sir Paul McCartney is reportedly looking to move to the US to spend time with his businesswoman-girlfriend Nancy Shevell. The former Beatle was said to be reorganising his life to be with his newly divorced love, who has apparently been under some pressure while being the vice-president of her family-owned transport business.

"Paul respects Nancy's independent life as a businesswoman and wants to make things easier for her so he's cleared his diary and will be spending more time in the US," the Daily Express quoted a friend as saying. "He's been talking about expanding some of his own property interests in the States and they may do some projects together," the friend added.

The 66-year-old was reportedly eyeing apartments in New York and was alleged to have planned several concerts in the country. And his commitments to his five-year-old daughter Beatrice, who studies at a private school close to the singer's farm in Sussex, purportedly posed no problems.

The friend said: "Bea gets on really well with Nancy and loves going to see her in the States, so the concept of Paul spending more time over there is not a great difficulty."
