MJ's father not banned from seeing grandkids

Washington, (ANI): Michael Jackson's mother has slammed rumours that her estranged husband was prohibited from seeing the star's children. Katherine Jackson hit out at reports claiming the ban on Joe, laying the blame on media for "cooking up" false accusations. "I don't know why they're saying he's not being allowed in the house," Contactmusic quoted Katherine as saying in a recent telephone interview with U.S. news show Geraldo at Large.

"My husband's never done nothing of the sort that they trying to say he did 39 years ago. I don't understand that, and I just believe it's something that they cooked up," she added. Joe was said to have been denied access to the King of Pop's kids over Jackson's accusations that his dad regularly beat him as a child.

Meanwhile, Katherine was recently granted full custody of Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, a.k.a Blanket after reaching a out-of-court deal with the Jackson's former wife Debbie Rowe, the mother of the singer's two eldest kids.
