According

lawyer
for
81-year-old
Joe,
who
was
said
to
be
a
diabetes
patient
and
suffered
a
stroke
in
1998,
has
filed
papers
in
court.
The
Jackson
family
patriarch
gets
a
1,700-dollar
monthly
Social
Security
payment
and
had
depended
on
his
late
son
for
support
for
many
years,
according
to
the
court
documents.
"He
does
not
have
a
regular
or
steady
source
of
income,
and
he
was
dependent
upon
the
money
provided
by
his
son,
Michael
Jackson,
through
his
wife,
Katherine
Jackson,
for
his
support," the
Telegraph
quoted
the
filing
as
saying.

month
on
rent
for
his
home
in
Las

dining
out;
