Pixie Lott's 'Mama Do' tops UK singles chart

London (ANI): Pixie Lott has entered the UK singles chart at number one with her debut release ''Mama Do''. The 18-year-old knocked US hip-hop superstars the Black Eyed Peas from the top slot, reports the BBC.

Meanwhile, Kasabian have debuted at number one with their third studio album West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum. The album - named after a mental institution in Wakefield, Yorkshire - matches the success of its predecessor Empire, which debuted at number one in September 2006.
Paolo Nutini slips to two with Sunny Side Up, while Black Eyed Peas enter at three with their fifth studio set The E.N.D.
