Lady Gaga came second with 11 per cent votes, reports The Telegraph. The 26-year-old X Factor judge was recently voted the world's sexiest woman for the second year running in an annual survey for the men's magazine FHM.
Madonna was voted the most innovative and stylish female of the eighties. Jacqui Thomas of Galaxy Counters said: "One in three British women say stone wash denim was one of the best trends to come out of the 1980s and it has definitely made a comeback of late although in a revamped design from its original form."
