Washington (ANI): Country music singer Mindy McCready is said to be
thinking of taking legal action to stop an explicit sex tape of
hers from being released by Vivid Entertainment. McCready, 34,
apparently is not aware of the production of the tape titled
'Baseball Mistress', and never gave permission for its release.
“We are not aware of the production or release of the alleged
film that seems to have surfaced via various media reports," Fox
News quoted her attorney Adam Dread as saying in a statement.
“However, we can confirm that any illegally obtained property,
and/or fabricated footage, and the release thereof, will be dealt
with swiftly following proper legal procedure," he stated.
However, Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid
Entertainment, isn't concerned about a possible lawsuit surrounding
'Baseball Mistress'. “We acquired the McCready video awhile ago and
feel comfortable with our legal position to distribute it. You
really have to see it to believe it," Hirsch stated. “If Mindy
