LAPD completes Michael Jackson’s death investigation
International
oi-Staff
Washington
(ANI):
The
investigation
into
Michael
Jackson's
death
has
been
completed
and
it
is
believed
that
Dr.
Conrad
Murray
will
be
criminally
charged
in
the
King
of
Pop"s
death.
Law
enforcement
sources
have
said
that
LAPD
detectives
have
completed
their
investigation
late
last
month
and
the
case
will
be
formally
presented
to
the
Los
Angeles
County
District
Attorney
as
soon
as
scheduling
allows.
And
according
to
reports,
the
presentation
will
draw
quite
a
crowd,
reports
TMZ.
A
number
of
members
of
the
LAPD
and
the
D.A.'s
office
will
be
present
and
will
find
a
date
in
a
few
weeks.
A
reliable
source
revealed
that
the
LAPD
investigation
was
"exhaustive" and
"extremely
thorough"
and
the
D.A.
has
enough
evidence
to
pull
the
trigger
on
a
criminal
case
against
Murray.
The
source
also
said
that
the
case
is
complicated,
partly
because
Murray
did
not
break
any
laws
in
administering
Propofol
to
Jackson.
One
law
enforcement
source
notes
the
D.A.
has
been
actively
working
with
the
LAPD
and
it's
all
but
certain
the
case
will
be
filed.
As
far
as
the
charge
is
concerned,
no
decision
has
been
made,
but
sources
have
said
that
it
could
be
involuntary
manslaughter,
which
requires
a
showing
of
gross
negligence.
