Strand of Presley's hair expected to fetch £600 at auction

London (ANI): A strand of Elvis Presley's hair may fetch up to 600 pounds at an auction. A music fan from Gloucestershire who bought the strand "on a whim" through a television auction is selling the piece of the King's hair, reports The Mirror.

According to county auctioneer Chorley's, the item of memorabilia is set to make between 400 pounds and 600 pounds. It is mounted in the centre of a gold disc inscribed The King's Authentic Hair, together with a photograph of the singer and a certificate of authenticity on the reverse.

Sale will take place at Prinknash Abbey Park in Gloucestershire.
