Ronnie Wood selling riverside home to pay for divorce

London (ANI): Rolling Stones rocker Ronnie Wood is putting up his Thames overlooking home for sale to pay for his divorce settlement. Less than two years ago, Wood, 62, had bought the 18th century, five-bed house in Chelsea, West London, for 7.25million pounds.

However, he has slashed the asking price to 5.8million pounds to get a quick sale after his divorce from Jo, 53, was finalised in 2009. Bandmates Mick Jagger and Keith Richards had homes in the same street.

"We have had offers, but not close enough to the asking price," the Sun quoted estate agents Strutt & Parker, as saying.
