But the police got scared by the crowd and as a precautionary measure, they warned to arrest him that he would be arrested if he stepped in the balcony of his hotel.
However, the singer loves his fans a lot and he took to his twitter page to express it. He tweeted, "This Is Crazy! Trying to work it out so I can say whatup to my fans". Finally, police allowed a pyjamas-clad Bieber to go onto his balcony and wave. He further tweeted, "That was great! Got to say hi to everyone. We are following the rules. Lol. LOVEMYFANS."
