The queen of controversy Courtney Love, the widow of late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, has found herself in trouble again. According to Hollywood Reporter, Love has been sued by her former attorney firm, Gordon & Holmes over comments she made about the firm on a micro-blogging site.

The law firm filed a suit against the singer-actress on May 26 in Los Angeles Superior court. She was accused of defaming the law firm with her comments on Twitter. According to Hollywood Reporter, Love had a disagreement with the company partner Rhonda Holmes, resulting in Love firing her legal team. Later on, she had asked them to represent her again but the firm refused. This resulted in love allegedly posting libellous comments about the firm on Twitter.

Rhonda Holmes also said that the comments posted by Love on Twitter has damaged her career in law. Love has also been accused of other civil offences including false light invasion of privacy and intentional interference with a prospective economic advantage.

This is Courtney love's second lawsuit involving civil defamation. Earlier, she was accused of the same by fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir because of her Tweets in 2009. Love reportedly paid a staggering $430,000 to settle the matter earlier this year.
