Fake Lady Gaga creates frenzy in Miami

By Raymond Ronamai

Lady Gaga surprised her crazy fans in Miami, as she toured the town with tight security on the eve of her birthday. On March 28 (her 25th birthday), she went about shopping with 10 bodyguards. Fans, photographers, shop assistants and the media alike run after the blonde, not knowing that the “Poker Face" singer was celebrating her birthday at Las Vegas.

“Salespeople flocked to assist her, even helping her try on clothes for 30 minutes. She was swarmed by fans screaming 'Happy Birthday!'" New York Post quoted a source as saying. A representative of a brand even sent out a press release that states, “The crowd was getting so out of control that security needed to shut down the store so Lady Gaga could browse . . . [she] purchased the Lucy Lace Skirt."

The imposter of the singer managed to fool everyone including the ever preying journos and received all the special treatment. Lady Gaga's stylist Nicola Formichetti confirmed on her Twitter page that the woman in the pictures is not the singer.
