Lil Wayne sued over stolen beat of How to Love

Rapper Lil Wayne is facing a lawsuit over allegedly stolen the beat of his track 'How to Love'. Rapper Rich Rick has filed legal documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court. In his lawsuit, he has stated that he had bought several master recordings from producers Drummer Boyz between 2006 and 2009, which includes the beat that Wayne has used in his song.

In the lawsuit, Rick also claims that Drummer Boyz pitched the same beat to him as well as Wayne in November last year, and it went Waynein exchange for a 35 percent royalty agreement. Now, Rick is suing both Wayne and the Drummer Boyz for breach of contract and fraud among other allegations.

However, this is not the first time Lil Wayne is facing a copyright infringement allegation. Recently, he was slapped with a $15-million lawsuit for allegedly stealing 'BedRock'. Just a month after the incident, the rap mogul is now accused of music fraud over another song 'How to Love'.
