Singer
Taylor
Swift's
latest
single
'We
Are
Never
Ever
Getting
Back
Together'
has
topped
the
iTunes
chart.
The
new
song
was
made
available
for
purchase
on
iTunes
just
hours
after
a
live
YouTube
chat
to
announce
her
next
studio
album
'Red'.
The
single
has
skyrocketed
to
No.
1
spot
on
the
iTunes
chart.
Taylor
Swift,
who
is
currently
dating
Conor
Kennedy,
is
notoriously
known
for
taking
inspiration
from
her
own
experience
and
her
new
single
is
all
about
being
sick
and
tired
of
having
an
on-and-off
relationship
with
her
unnamed
musician
boyfriend.
She
sings
about
calling
it
quits
with
her
boyfriend.
The
singer
declines
to
reveal
the
name
of
the
person
she
is
talking
about
in
the
song,
but
maintains
that
he
is
a
musician
just
like
her.
Its
lyrics
read,
"I'm
really
gonna
miss
you
picking
fights.
And
me,
falling
for
a
screaming
that
I'm
right.
And
you,
will
hide
away
and
find
your
piece
of
mine
with
some
indie
record
that's
much
cooler
than
mine."
Talking
about
her
lyrics,
Taylor
Swift
says,
"It's
pretty
difficult
to
come
up
with
them
because
I
know
that
you
guys
are
going
to
figure
it
out.
I'm
really
excited
about
the
fact
that
you
guys
care
about
lyrics.
Hiding
little
codes
in
lyrics
is
kind
of
a
way
of
encouraging
that."
Red
is
slated
to
hit
the
stands
in
the
US
on
October
22.
Talking
about
the
title,
Taylor
Swift
says,
"All
the
different
emotions
on
this
album
they're
all
pretty
much
about
the
tumultuous,
crazy,
insane,
intense,
semi-toxic
relationships
I've
experienced
in
the
last
two
years
and
all
those
emotions
fanning
from
intense
love,
intense
frustration,
intense
jealousy,
confusion,
all
of
that
in
my
mind."
