to
stay
longer
when
they
found
some
marijuana.
According
to

Bieber
said
that
the

had
a
disposable
vaporiser,
which
is
basically
an
electronic

to
smoke
marijuana.
It
had
residue
in
it.
The

What
exactly
happened
was
that
when

did
a
security
check,
they
found
an
unknown
amount
of
pot
on
a
23-year-old
man
in
Justin's
team.
After
giving
him
a
ticket,
the
young
guy
was
released.
Meanwhile,
there
is

doing
the
rounds
that
Justin
Bieber
is
doing
his
bit
in
raising
funds
for
the
Philippines
by
giving
fans
a

to
'hang
out'
in
the

and
watch
him
record
new
music.
The
19-year-old
heartthrob
announced
the
charity
effort
for
the
victims
of
Typhoon
Haiyan
by
saying,
"Everyone
knows
I've
got
the
best
fans
in
the
world.
So
the
moment
I
heard
about
the
tragedy
a
few
weeks
back,
I
knew
I
could
count
on
you
guys
to
make
a
difference.'Bieber
went
on
to
add,
"I'm
doing
something
I've
never
done
before:
for
just
a
tiny
donation
to
the
relief
effort,
you'll
be
automatically
entered
for
a
chance
to
hang
out
with
me
in
the
studio
early
next
year
and
watch
me
record
some
new
music.
I'll
fly
you
and
a
friend
over
to
join
me
in
LA
from
wherever
you
are
in
the
world.
It's
gonna
be
awesome.
I'm
so
excited
to
hang
out
with
one
of
my
Beliebers."
