Justin Bieber Detained At Airport During Drug Search

Singer Justin Bieber along with his entourage were detained at the Brisbane airport during a drug search conducted by customs agents. A member of his entourage was reportedly carrying weed, reports tmz.com. While customs agents searched for drugs, they asked Bieber and the rest of his group to stay longer when they found some marijuana.

According to tmz.com, sources close to Bieber said that the suspect had a disposable vaporiser, which is basically an electronic device to smoke marijuana. It had residue in it. The 23-year-old's attorney appeared in the court Thursday and paid the fine. The singer has been here for his Believe World Tour.

What exactly happened was that when the customs agents did a security check, they found an unknown amount of pot on a 23-year-old man in Justin's team. After giving him a ticket, the young guy was released.

Meanwhile, there is news doing the rounds that Justin Bieber is doing his bit in raising funds for the Philippines by giving fans a chance to 'hang out' in the studio and watch him record new music. The 19-year-old heartthrob announced the charity effort for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan by saying, "Everyone knows I've got the best fans in the world. So the moment I heard about the tragedy a few weeks back, I knew I could count on you guys to make a difference.'Bieber went on to add, "I'm doing something I've never done before: for just a tiny donation to the relief effort, you'll be automatically entered for a chance to hang out with me in the studio early next year and watch me record some new music. I'll fly you and a friend over to join me in LA from wherever you are in the world. It's gonna be awesome. I'm so excited to hang out with one of my Beliebers."
