Mansoor stated, "We're initiating the defamation case today. All necessary documents have been prepared. My lawyer will provide further details." Regarding his apology, Mansoor dismissed it as the "biggest joke."

Mansoor Ali Khan's Apology To Trisha

A few days ago, Mansoor issued a statement expressing, "Dear co-actress Trisha, I seek your forgiveness. May God bless me by granting me the opportunity to attend your wedding." Following the apology, Trisha posted on her X handle, stating, "To make mistakes is human; to forgive is divine."

Case Registered Against Mansoor Ali Khan

The All Women Police Station of Thousand Lights, Chennai summoned Mansoor for failing to appear at the station. The Chennai City Police filed a case against the actor for allegedly making derogatory comments against Trisha. This action was initiated following an order from DGP Shankar Jiwal.

Previously, the National Commission for Women took suo motu cognisance of the matter and instructed the Tamil Nadu police to file a case against the actor. Following the issuance of summonses, Mansoor cited a throat infection and requested additional time through a statement. He was charged under Sections 354 A (pertaining to sexual harassment) and 509 (regarding acts meant to outrage a woman's modesty) of the Indian Penal Code.

A few days ago, a controversial video capturing actor Mansoor Ali Khan's repugnant remarks about actress Trisha at a press conference set social media ablaze, drawing vehement condemnation from the actress herself.

Trisha, known for her role in 'Leo,' slammed her co-star, stating, "A recent video has come to my notice where Mr.Mansoor Ali Khan has spoken about me in a vile and disgusting manner.I strongly condemn this and find it sexist,disrespectful,misogynistic,repulsive and in bad taste. He can keep wishing but I am grateful never to have shared screen space with someone as pathetic as him and I will make sure it never happens for the rest of my film career as well. People like him bring a bad name to mankind."

Mansoor Ali Khan reportedly said during a press conference, "When I heard that I was acting with Trisha,I thought there would be a bedroom scene in the film. I thought that I could carry her to bed just like I did with other actresses in my earlier movies. I have done so many rape scenes in a number of movies, and it's not new to me. But these guys didn't even show Trisha to me on the sets during the Kashmir schedule."
