Maayavan Story

Maayavan (Mayavan) is a Tamil action thriller movie directed and produced by C V Kumar. The movie has Sundeep Kishan and Lavanya Tripathi in the lead roles, while Daniel Balaji, Buggs, Mime Gopi and Babu Antony plays the supporting roles in this movie.

Story In Detailed

Sundeep Kishan plays a cop role Kumaran, he witnesses a murder committed by Dheena and chase him, but unfortunately Kumaran kills him in a the chase. From there Kumaran suffers from delusions and sees a psychiatrist Athirai (Lavanya Tripathi), she helps him to get recover.

After months later Kumaran deals a murder of a actress Vimsha (Akshara Gowda), the way Dheena commits. He suspects Gopi (Mime Gopi) and other side Rudran (Daniel Balaji) also gets connected with the these serial murders and the investigation by Kumaran reveals many shocking things.

C V Kumar makes his first directorial venture after giving many successfull movies from his production house.

Gopi Amarnath handles cinematography while Leo John Paul takes care of eding. The film originally featured Taapsee Pannu, who had to exit the project due to date issues. Tipped to be a sci-fi thriller, the film is also expected to be simultaneously made in Telugu.
