Motta Shiva Ketta Shiva is the simple story of a corrupt police officer Shiva(Raghava Lawrence) who turns out to be a loyal police officer in the movie. While Kalyan Sinha misuses the power of being a police officer, he encourages local politician who turns out to be a problem. What role does Sathyaraj play as a DCP and what makes Lawrence change to a loyal police officer? These twists forms the crux of the story.
