Neram Story

NERAM (Time) is an Tamil romantic which is the directorial debut of Alphonse Putharen, who has a few short films, music albums and advertisements to his credit is making his big screen debut with NERAM. One of his widely acclaimed work is "Nenjodu Cherthu" from the music album Yuvvh.

The story is about love. The star cast for the movie were Nasser, John Vijay, Thambi Ramayya, Charlie along with new comers Ananth Nag and Shabareesh Varma.

Nivin Pauly is an engineer who has lost his job in Chennai on account of a very peculiar bombing. He marries off his sister, borrowing money from notorious money lender Vatti Raja (Simhaa), and months later when unable to pay him back, finds the goon hot on his heels.

Too add to his misery, his love Nazriya Nazim has decided to elope with him, and her dad Johny Kutty has lodged a complaint against him at the local police station.

'Neram' has few remarkable moments, that appear at the most unexpected of occasions.
