Red Sandal Wood is a Tamil action thriller written and directed by Guru Ramaanujam. It stars Vetri, Diya Mayuri, and MS Bhaskar in the lead roles. Story The film is set against the backdrop of the red sandalwood trade in the forests of Andhra Pradesh. It tells the story of a group of people who are caught up in the illegal trade of red sandalwood. Ram, the ruthless red sandalwood smuggler, promised quick riches to the poor and middle-class people. But they soon found themselves trapped in a life-or-death situation. The hero of the story, Vetri, is determined to bring the businessman to justice. He teams up with the police, but they are no match for the businessman's powerful connections. In the end, Vetri must decide whether to kill the businessman or bring him to trial.
