Gautam Menon confused over movie name

Gautam Menon is an example of the clumsy ending of things started haphazardly. 'Vilai Uyir Endralum',the dummy name of his film, has now been changed. Gautam started his film 'Vettaiyadu Vilayadu' one and half years after 'Kakka Kakka'. Thinking that this interval was enough, he started his next film well before the release of 'Vettayadu Vilaiyadu'.

This Sarath Kumar - Jyotika starrer is quite different from Gautam Menon's other films. This film will showcase the middle class life realistically. It was originally decided to cast Shobana as the wife. Before that, Simran was considered. For whatever reason, neither Shobana nor Simran are doing the role and Gautham has signed on Tabu for the role.

After 'Kandukondein Kandukondei', Tabu has been nowhere near Tamil films. After a long gap, she returns to Tamil in this film that has the new title of 'Silandhi'.Just like how 'Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikalam' is full of confusion, so is his new film. Is that why he has named his new film 'Silandhi'? The producer is breaking his head over the reason!

Another feature of this film is the cameraman. Ego problems with R T Rajasekhar saw him exit as cameraman. The new cameraman is Selvaraghavan's favorite Arvind Krishna. If that is the case, what happened to 'Thirudan Police' that Arvind Krishna was to direct featuring Dhanush? In cinema, there are no cops and robbers. If you get a good opportunity, you must be intelligent enough to take advantage of it!
